Below are some forms and contracts which clients may find useful. To save yourself time please print and fill out the necessary forms and bring the signed copies to our office. Thank you.
Release Form
Anyone who will be on-site for more then a few minutes is required to sign this form. Even if you don't plan to ride we ask that you sign the release as sometimes plans change.Boarder Application
Interested in boarding with us at BCEC? We are happy to answer any of your questions or to show you around. Please fill out this form and forward it to us via email or you may drop it off in the office.Boarding Contract
New boarders can print and fill out this form to save themselves time when they bring their horses in. Current boarders are asked to sign a new boarding contract each May. Any questions or concerns can be sent to us via email or by calling 509.996.3727.Barn Rules
Please thoroughly read our barn rules. Many of these are common sense rules and some are specific to our facility. At the bottom you will need to sign and date that you have read and acknowledged these rules. Please turn in your signed copy to either the office or via email.Arena Rules
The arenas are a common area that all clients have access to. Please take the time to read through these rules and sign the bottom. We will need to have your signed copy on file in in our offices prior to your first ride. You may email your signed form or drop it off in our office.
